Communications Director

ASAP ministries is ready to hire an experienced Communications Director.  We are looking for a committed Seventh-day Adventist who has a passion for missions.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate a knowledge of web-based applications and interfaces, comfortable with technology, organized, detailed and a strategic planner.  The position also encompasses good writing skills and public speaking. 

This position is a key employee and reports directly to the CEO.

Communications Assistant

ASAP Ministries is hiring a full-time Communications Assistant. Must be a committed Seventh-day Adventist Christian with a passion for missions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working on strict deadlines under minimal supervision. Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency required, with the ability to learn and use new software applications effectively. Social media experience is strongly preferred. Graphic design, video production, and other content creation skills are desirable.

Sponsorship and Exhibition Coordinator

ASAP Ministries is looking for a full-time Sponsorship and Exhibition Coordinator.  The candidate should be self-motivated, excellent in organization and computer skills, and be able to thrive in an environment that requires multitasking with deadlines.  This person will coordinate all aspects of ASAP Ministries' sponsorship including donor reports, sponsorship letters, graphic design for sponsorship materials, and website maintenance for the sponsorship portion.  This person will also coordinate all logistics for exhibitions and other large events where ASAP is represented.  Proficiency in MS Excel and Adobe software is preferred.  The Sponsorship and Exhibition Coordinator reports to the Development Director.
