Accountant in the Finance Department
This position prepares bi-weekly payrolls, writes checks for accounts payable, prepares monthly summaries and reports for the external auditor, coordinates with the Bookkeeping Assistant on payment of medical insurance claims, assists missionaries in preparing financial budgets, monitors bank balances, and assists the Treasurer as needed. An accounting degree or two years of general accounting experience is required. This person must have a high level of trustworthiness, maintain high levels of confidentiality,
be a self-starter, have attention to detail, and have good organizational skills. Must have an expressed
commitment to Jesus Christ, the teachings and missions of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and be a
Seventh-day Adventist church member in regular standing. Full-time pay commensurate with education and experience. The position includes excellent health insurance, paid vacation, and educational benefits.

Sponsorship and Exhibition Coordinator
ASAP Ministries is looking for a full-time Sponsorship and Exhibition Coordinator. The candidate should be self-motivated, excellent in organization and computer skills, and be able to thrive in an environment that requires multitasking with deadlines. This person will coordinate all aspects of ASAP Ministries' sponsorship including donor reports, sponsorship letters, graphic design for sponsorship materials, and website maintenance for the sponsorship portion. This person will also coordinate all logistics for exhibitions and other large events where ASAP is represented. Proficiency in MS Excel and Adobe software is preferred. The Sponsorship and Exhibition Coordinator reports to the Development Director.
