Who We Are
At Stevensville Seventh-day Adventist Church, we regularly capture photos, videos, and audio during worship services, youth programs, VBS, special events, and other church activities. These recordings help us share what God is doing through our church with our congregation and community.
This form allows parents and guardians to provide permission for their child to be photographed, recorded, or included in church media. With permission, a child's image, voice, or participation may appear in church livestreams, YouTube videos, social media posts, websites, promotional materials, and other church-related communications.
We understand that families may have different preferences regarding media. This form allows parents or guardians to clearly communicate whether they give permission and to provide any specific restrictions or requests.
Our goal is to respect the privacy of every family while allowing Stevensville SDA Church to communicate, promote, and document the ministries and activities of our church.
