Includes group and one-on-one activities that help individuals repair bad credit, build savings, and prepare for homeownership.

Emergency Assistance Programs

  • Food Assistance provides food assistance through pantries and commodities to individuals and families who are eligible.

  • Emergency Services provides emergency funding for past due and disconnected electric, natural gas, and deliverable fuels; past due rent to prevent eviction or homelessness; and emergency shelter housing.

CARES Relief & Recovery Services

  • Food Support
    Distributing food through 2-1-1 referrals

  • ​Water & Energy Assistance
    Providing residents with financial assistance towards electric, gas and water utilities

  • ​Emergency Repairs
    Provide plumbing or hot water heater repairs that will resolve the immediate emergency with access to water services for health and safety

  • ​Rent & Mortgage Assistance
    Providing rental assistance and help towards mortgage payments
